Company Description To manage and support the Wholesales Business Unit of our distributor partner in RM from managers through Sales Reps and lead them to develop the channel through business tracking, action planning, training and motivation. At a national level, the main objective is to set a strategic direction that will deliver the largest opportunity for sustained growth within the wholesaler channel and manage the sales and distribution business in an effective way to deliver this strategy. Has to continuously drive for maximum outlet coverage in the Off Premise channels in order to maximize sales and volume whilst establishing strong relationships with Wholesalers and our Distribution Partner Wholesaler Business Unit. This strategy needs to be profitable, efficient and ensure a continuous development of our brand in the Off Premise channels. Job Description DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the channel: store coverage, distribution, share value, sales objectives, etc. Maintains the correct stock levels with each Wholesaler within his/her responsibility. DISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE AND ACCOUNTABILITY EXPERT Build great relationships and high engagement in defined region with our distributor partner and our top Wholesaler customers leveraging the world of Red Bull. Implementing our business plan in the channel according to the agreed conditions and priorities making sure every key person in the DP is aligned and prepare to deliver from day one. Prepares, organizes and executes Wholesaler review meetings with all Top Wholesalers on a monthly/quarterly basis, which result in mutually agreed action plans. To establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity. To foster strong relationships between Red Bull and the distributor team BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Train, motivate, lead and develop the skills of the DP team in order to maximize their potential and results. Make all the field visits and sales coaching necessary with each of them. Consistently analyzing the market data to find gaps or opportunities, by region, in Wholesale distribution. Qualifications +3 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills Clear understanding of Off Premise channel A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent Strong analytical and organizational ability Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) High negotiation and interpersonal skills Management reporting and budget control Fluent in English spoken and written Additional Information
