Estamos buscando una profesional en Seguridad y manejo de riesgos laborales con manejo del ingles en un nível intermedio. La descripcion del rol es la siguiente:

• About the role_

The risk management and safety analyst is in charge of plan, control, advise and promote preventive and corrective actions in order to avoid accidents at work and professional illnesses, collaborating with initiatives that contribute to the quality of life and occupational health of employees. Likewise, it must ensure the constant review of infrastructures and personal equipment.

• What you'll do day in day out_

• Ensure the compliance of processes and procedures of legal regulations in Health, Safety and Environment

• Assists in determining safety requirements and formulates plans and methods to improve the safety of employees to reduce costs, worker injuries, accidents and property losses

• Determine areas of recurring accidents and recommends actions to prevent unsafe operating procedures and conditions by ensuring corrective action are accomplished

• Plan and execute internal and external audits of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System

• Track the action plan of the finding, observations and recommendations from the audits both internal and external

• Generate a yearly plan of training and campaigns to prevent issues related to Health in the place of work, Safety and accident prevention in the fleet and our facilities, and environmental sustainability

• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools in the developing process of programs

• Develop and support in corporate programs, courses, contents, review of statistics and data at the regional level (Chile, Colombia and México), aligning with local stakeholders :

• Administrate the yearly budget needed for civil protection, trainings and related needs

• What you need to have_

• At least 2 years of experience in Safety and risk management with demonstrated knowledge in the majority of the remaining areas: industrial/occupational safety, fire prevention/protection

• Experience in safety for fleets is a plus

• Knowledge of local norms in Latam

• Good investigative, analytical and communication skills

• Proficient english in order to align with central teams
