Carrying out a vital mission: support our employees, so they can best support our customers. As a WSA Lead Logistics Product Manager, you´ll be responsible for a small cluster (Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador & Chile) including leadership, profitability, operational efficiency, strategy execution and corporate governance.Key responsibilities:Implement and cascade Product strategy, defining Area go to market and ways of workingManage product performance & ensure targets are metGrowth of the Product portfolio, Identifying market trends, opportunities and customer needsSupport sales management to establish value proposition and sales channel target setting Manage capabilities and product offering in accordance to market needsDrive efficiency improvement in delivery of solutions to customersAll Pricing activities incl. but not limited to Price settingBe product expert throughout the sales process from Prospection to RenewalNew products introduction and implementation (Go Live), pursue new revenue streamsDrive performance transparency and continuous improvement cultureStrengthen the engagement with global network and drive value through the networkCoach, motivate, build, inspire and energize the teamsBuild bridges between Product development, Delivery, CX and SalesDrive a strong community and collaboration across productsDrive product education and awarenessP&L targets and actuals, Cost to serve, margins managementValue Propositions that fit customers needs and market insightsResources utilization and investment, efficiency metricsDrive Customer Pipeline development and long-term account planningExecution of Product strategy within area, analysis of market outlookService level promises to customer, Changes to services offered in AreaWe are looking for:A strong passion for being a team player.Understanding of supply chain fundamentals associated with global logisticsA strong knowledge and experience in Regional Supply Chain Management Operational credibility through commercialized lens – focus on the sustainability of solution and further drives the culture of continuous improvementStrong analytical skills leading to calculated action to drive impactful resultsHaving sound knowledge of local HSSE legislations applicable to logistics industryGood understanding of risk management principles and application of barriers and critical controls Ability to drive initiatives through cross functional teamsFluency in English and preference for local language spoken and writtenAbility to drive alignment with the key stakeholders.Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. High ethical standards.We value diversity and we urge all, who consider themselves qualified, to apply irrespective of gender, nationality, age etc. We are looking for a person, who comes with passion, drive and energy as well as share our company values (Employees, Humbleness, Our Name, Uprightness and Constant Care).
