JOB REQUISITION Business Operations Contracts Compliance (Contract Talent) LOCATION SAN RAMON Robert Half is seeking a Business Operations Contracts Compliance Analyst I to join the Strategic Accounts (SA) Compliance team. The team is responsible for designing, implementing and conducting SA compliance audit processes within the SA department. The Compliance Analyst identifies, researches, reconciles, and/or reports any deviations in MicroJ/MicroJ Plus (MJ/MJ+) based on terms prescribed in the SA Contracts. The Compliance Analyst will review audit reports and provide/communicate results and recommendations to the SA management team and/or the SA Service team. Specific responsibilities include: - On a weekly basis, review key audit/exception reports to ensure contract compliance, including revenue recognition compliance. Communicate results and key trends as it relates to non-compliance to management. These audit/exception reports include, but are not limited to the following: - Rate Card Audits, by Markup, Location and Position - Overtime Bill Factor & Approval Audit - Company Setup Exception Report - SA CRC Audit (SPID) - MA Event Audit - Daily T&C Suppression Report - Conduct operational audits utilizing various audit reports to ensure contract compliance in regards to background checks, drug screening, employment verification, MWDBE and any other necessary areas. These audits will include review of company operations at department, office and individual levels to measure compliance against contract terms. Audits will be on a scheduled and random basis to ensure proper procedures are followed. - Identify, research, reconcile and/or report any deviations in MJ/MJ+ based on terms prescribed in the SA Contracts. - Perform data entry to update and maintain internal databases such as MJ/MJ+. Data entry will also include the creation of new records in MJ/MJ+. - Respond to inquiries and ensure communication within the SA department and field offices for the purpose of ongoing maintenance and/or updating client information. - Communicate with field offices to acquire necessary information to ensure job order compliance. - Manage and communicate SA T&C Suppression exceptions with CAD team. - Assist in documentation of procedures. - Responsible for the review and analysis of all SA. - Other duties include: record maintenance, audits, research and data entry in our internal database system, reconciliation and data validation. - Assist management in StA special projects, as needed. Qualifications: - High School diploma. - 2+ years’ data entry. - MS Office suite. Strong basic/intermediate skill level in Excel. - Strong analytical skills.
