The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Microsoft Workplace Engineer SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Field service or work model: Apps Services| Location: Brasil & Chile. How a day to day would look like in this role: Responsible for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of productivity tools, particularly those within the Microsoft Office 365 suite. Operate end-user services and assets with a focus on achieving the highest level of operational efficiency through automation, ensuring control, security, and auditing. Provide prompt and efficient technical support for Microsoft workplace applications, addressing issues effectively to maintain a smooth workflow for end-users. Collaborate with Platforms and Foundations team members to provide feedback and contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of end-user delivery and operations. Guarantee the security of resources by overseeing patching, upgrades, and system enhancements on Microsoft Platforms and related hardware. Ensure adherence to industry standards and data protection regulations by delivering and implementing policies and procedures for Microsoft Workplace technologies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to workplace processes at the regional level, contributing to global documentation enhancement. Conduct close monitoring of end-user performance, analyze data, generate reports, and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement. Administer vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions at the regional level. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for improving organizational productivity and recommending their adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements, align Microsoft Workplace solutions accordingly, and inform workplace management about necessary actions. What we need to see from you What we need to see from you Average Experience of + 2 years in Microsoft and Linux Based Operating systems and Hardware Infrastructure. Required Qualifications Developing plans for end user deployments and technical support process. Familiarity with ITIL v4 best practices and implementing change management processes. In-depth knowledge of both Microsoft and Linux-based operating systems and hardware infrastructure, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft workplace applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proactive, self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest Microsoft technologies. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to changing circumstances. Overall licensing knowledge in O365 – Corporate, Educational, government. Technical Requirements Configuration and implementation of Microsoft 365. AZ-900, Exchange, MS-203, Exchange Online, MS-102, MS-900, IIS. SharePoint Online administration. OneDrive, Teams O365.
